The Phospholipoproteomic Complex (PLPC or PLP) is an ultrapurified, lyophilized, non-cellular immunobiological formulation derived from the secretome of human dendritic cells. It is designed as a therapeutic platform for reprogramming the tumor microenvironment (TME) in cancer. Its mechanism involves modulating immune and metabolic pathways, promoting a pro-inflammatory Th1/Th2 balance, and reducing immunosuppressive signaling. This action aims to restore the immune system's ability to target and eliminate tumors, activate T cells, and induce tumor-selective apoptosis. The complex is developed by OGRD Alliance L.L.C-FZ and is being investigated for its potential in metastatic cancer and solid tumor immunotherapy.
