Overview

Phosphorated carbohydrate solution is an over-the-counter antiemetic medication used to relieve nausea and vomiting associated with upset stomach, intestinal flu, and food or drink indiscretions. It is a hyperosmolar solution containing dextrose (glucose), levulose (fructose), and phosphoric acid.
