**Photoimmuno-Lure Nanoplatform** is a preclinical photoimmunotherapy nanomedicine for **glioblastoma**. The publication-defined construct, **PXC(+)@ATZ**, combines an amphiphilic photosensitizer formulation with the anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody atezolizumab. Following light activation, the photosensitizer generates singlet oxygen to induce photodynamic tumor-cell killing and immune activation, while atezolizumab blocks PD-L1-mediated immune-checkpoint signaling. In orthotopic glioblastoma models, the platform increased activated dendritic cells and cytotoxic T cells while reducing myeloid-derived suppressor cells and regulatory T cells; it remains a research-stage platform without reported clinical trials or an established marketed formulation.
