PI4KB inhibitor is a small molecule therapeutic candidate being developed by Curovir for the treatment of various cancers. In oncology, PI4KB is recognized for its role in supporting the high metabolic and proliferative demands of cancer cells by facilitating efficient intracellular transport and signaling pathways. By targeting this kinase, the drug aims to disrupt the lipid signaling environment necessary for tumor growth and survival. The program is currently in the early stages of development as part of Curovir's pipeline.
