Overview

PIKA is a proprietary immunomodulating technology platform developed by YS Biopharma. It functions as a Toll-Like Receptor 3 (TLR3) agonist, acting as an adjuvant to enhance immune responses. This technology is being leveraged in the development of vaccines and therapeutic biologics for infectious diseases and cancer. Notably, it is a key component of the PIKA Rabies Vaccine (Vero Cell) for Human use, Freeze-dried, which is undergoing Phase III clinical trials, and is also being explored in collaboration with The Scripps Research Institute for a next-generation AIDS vaccine.
