Overview
Pilief is a proprietary Ayurvedic formulation developed by Charak for the management of internal and external hemorrhoids (piles). Available in both oral tablet and topical ointment forms, Pilief contains a synergistic blend of traditional herbal ingredients—including Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Khadira (Acacia catechu), and Kumari (Aloe barbadensis)—that exhibit anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic, and astringent properties. The formulation helps reduce pile mass, control minor bleeding, alleviate pain and itching, and promote the healing of inflamed tissues. Additionally, the oral tablets support digestive health and act as a mild laxative to relieve constipation, which is a primary contributing factor to hemorrhoids.
