Pine pollen polysaccharides are bioactive polysaccharide compounds extracted from the pollen of pine trees (genus *Pinus*), particularly Masson pine. They are water-soluble, hydrophilic, and viscous macromolecules composed of repetitive sugar units linked by glycosidic bonds.
