pkc-alpha siRNA refers to small interfering RNA molecules designed to selectively silence the expression of protein kinase C alpha (PKC-α / PRKCA) via RNA interference. PKC-α is a serine/threonine kinase involved in key cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, and migration, and is frequently overexpressed in various malignancies such as breast cancer, melanoma, and neuroblastoma.
