**PKU GO 5p** is a phenylalanine-free medical food and protein substitute developed by POA Pharma (a subsidiary of Galen) for the dietary management of proven phenylketonuria (PKU) in children aged 9 months to 10 years. It is formulated as a powder containing essential and non-essential amino acids (excluding phenylalanine), carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Each sachet of PKU GO 5p provides 5 grams of protein equivalent. It is administered orally as either a paste or a liquid drink to help maintain metabolic control and support normal growth and development in pediatric PKU patients under strict medical supervision.
