PL001

PL001 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy designed to target and inhibit B-lymphocyte antigen CD19, a protein highly expressed on the surface of malignant B cells in various lymphomas. The drug consists of T-cells genetically modified to express CARs specific for CD19, mediating targeted cytotoxicity against CD19-positive cells. PL001 is currently in Phase 1/2 development for relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMLBCL), and large B-cell lymphoma transformed from follicular lymphoma (FL). The drug is being developed and manufactured by Pell Bio-Med Technology and is delivered intravenously for hematological malignancies[1][3][4][7][9].
