Platelet-rich plasma + adipose stem cell is a combination regenerative therapy consisting of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and autologous adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs). **PRP** is derived from the patient’s own blood by centrifugation, resulting in plasma enriched with a high concentration of platelets and growth factors such as PDGF, TGF, EGF, IGF, and VEGF. These growth factors stimulate tissue repair, angiogenesis, and modulate inflammation. **Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells** are multipotent stem cells isolated from the patient’s adipose tissue (fat), capable of differentiating into multiple lineages and secreting trophic factors to enhance tissue regeneration and immune modulation. The combination therapy is applied via local injection and is used in wound healing, orthopedics, aesthetic medicine, and emerging indications such as lichen sclerosus. The rationale for combining PRP with adipose stem cells is to leverage the synergistic effects: PRP provides abundant growth factors while ADMSCs offer cellular mechanisms for differentiation and tissue repair, leading to enhanced healing compared to either treatment alone[2][3][4][5][6].
