Overview

PLD-104 is a small molecule RET inhibitor being developed by Pelemed for the treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). It is specifically engineered to target drug-resistant RET mutations, such as those that arise following treatment with first-generation RET inhibitors. The drug is currently in the discovery phase and utilizes Pelemed's medicinal chemistry platform to address unmet needs in patients with RET-fusion positive or RET-mutant cancers that have developed resistance mechanisms.
