Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**PLEXI-T** is an investigational, customized autologous T-cell receptor-engineered T-cell therapy program developed by TScan Therapeutics for antigen-positive, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Patient-derived T cells are engineered with one or more HLA-restricted T-cell receptors selected to recognize tumor-associated antigens including HPV16 E7, MAGE-A1, MAGE-A4, MAGE-C2, and PRAME; the engineered cells are then infused after lymphodepleting chemotherapy to mediate antigen-specific tumor-cell killing. The Phase 1 basket study was registered as NCT05973487, but TScan subsequently announced discontinuation of the PLEXI-T trial as part of its strategic reprioritization.
