Plukao Extract Plus (also known as Plukaow Extract Plus) is an oral dietary supplement developed and manufactured by Khaolaor Laboratory in Thailand. The product is a combination formulation containing 300 mg of *Houttuynia cordata* extract, 50 mg of yeast-derived beta-glucan, and 30 mg of L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). *Houttuynia cordata*, a perennial plant native to Southeast Asia, is traditionally used in Asian medicine for its immunomodulatory, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The supplement is marketed to support the lymphatic and immune systems, with indications including lymphadenitis, allergies, asthma, herpes, and psoriasis. It is also promoted for the prevention of autoimmune diseases and cancer, particularly for individuals over the age of 40.
