PM1080

PM1080 is a fully human bispecific antibody of the immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1)-like class that targets both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and proto-oncogene protein c-Met. It is designed to inhibit tumor growth and survival by simultaneously blocking EGFR and c-Met signaling pathways, which are key drivers in various cancers, particularly non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The drug exerts its antitumor effects through mechanisms including antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and T lymphocyte stimulation. Developed originally by Biotheus, with development and commercialization rights in Greater China licensed to Hansoh Pharma, it is being investigated as a monotherapy or in combination with other agents such as EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors for advanced solid tumors including NSCLC and colorectal cancer[1][2][3][4][5].
