Overview

PM3006 is an autologous T-cell therapy engineered using the Chimeric Antigen Receptor-like Bispecific T cell (CAB-T) platform. It targets Mesothelin (MSLN), a cell-surface glycoprotein overexpressed in various solid tumors, including mesothelioma, pancreatic cancer, and ovarian cancer. The CAB-T architecture involves a chimeric CD3ε (epsilon) chain and a bispecific T-cell activator, designed to enhance T-cell activation and persistence while potentially reducing toxicity compared to traditional CAR-T designs. It is being developed by Beijing PM Bio (also known as Peking-Meidi) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
