Overview
PM8003 is a trispecific antibody developed by Biotheus for the treatment of cancer. It targets three key pathways involved in tumor growth and immune evasion: programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). By simultaneously inhibiting PD-L1, TGF-β, and VEGF, PM8003 aims to enhance antitumor immune responses while also disrupting tumor-promoting signaling pathways. The drug has been investigated primarily for advanced malignant solid neoplasms. Its mechanism of action involves immunomodulation through checkpoint inhibition and blockade of pro-tumorigenic cytokines and angiogenic factors[1][2].
