Overview

PMB298 is a preclinical-stage bispecific small molecule (BSM) being developed by PiMedBio for the treatment of various cancers. It is designed to simultaneously target an undisclosed immune checkpoint suppressor and an undisclosed generator of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME). By addressing both the direct inhibition of immune cells and the broader immunosuppressive environment within the tumor, PMB298 aims to enhance the anti-tumor immune response. The drug is currently in the candidate discovery stage of development and represents an application of PiMedBio's proprietary BSM platform technology.
