Overview

PMD-026 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the serine/threonine kinase p90 ribosomal S6 kinase (p90RSK; RSK) subtypes 1-4, with high selectivity for RSK subtype 2. It is developed by Phoenix Molecular Designs for the treatment of various cancers, including breast cancer, prostate cancer, and potentially some blood cancers like myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
