Overview

PMG1015 is a monoclonal antibody that targets amphiregulin (AREG), developed as an immunomodulator for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). By binding to AREG, PMG1015 is designed to inhibit pathways involved in fibrosis, potentially preventing organ scarring and failure. The drug is currently being evaluated in a phase 1b randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity in patients with IPF[1][2][3][4][5].
