Overview

PMI04 is a PET imaging biomarker developed by Neuraly, a subsidiary of D&D Pharmatech. It selectively binds to the Colony Stimulating Factor 1 Receptor (CSF-1R) expressed in activated microglia, enabling the visualization of neuroinflammatory responses. This specificity makes PMI04 a promising tool for diagnosing neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and multiple sclerosis.
