Overview

PMI06 is a radiolabeled peptide-based PET (positron emission tomography) imaging agent developed by D&D Pharmatech through its subsidiary, Precision Molecular Inc. It specifically binds to Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), allowing for the non-invasive quantification of PD-L1 expression levels in solid tumors. As a diagnostic biomarker, PMI06 is designed to help clinicians identify patients most likely to respond to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies, monitor the interaction between PD-L1 and therapeutic antibodies, and optimize dosing regimens in immuno-oncology. The agent is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for various solid tumor indications.
