Overview

PMN310 is an experimental, humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody being developed by ProMIS Neurosciences for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. It is engineered to selectively bind soluble toxic amyloid‑beta oligomers while avoiding amyloid‑beta monomers and fibrillar plaque, with the goal of concentrating therapeutic activity on the most pathogenic Aβ species and reducing amyloid‑related imaging abnormalities (ARIA) associated with plaque/vascular binding.[3][4][6][7] PMN310 is administered as an intravenous infusion and has completed a Phase 1a single‑ascending‑dose trial in healthy volunteers and is currently in a Phase 1b multiple‑ascending‑dose PRECISE‑AD trial in patients with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease and mild Alzheimer’s disease, having received FDA Fast Track designation in 2025.[1][2][3][4][5][7][13]
