Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PN-30X is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate developed by Paean Biotechnology, utilizing a modified mitochondrial transplantation platform. The drug leverages two proprietary technologies: CAR-Mito (Chimeric Antigen Receptor-Mitochondria) and AMDC (Artificial Mitochondrial Delivery Carrier). PN-30X is designed to deliver or augment mitochondria within target cells to modulate cellular bioenergetics and function. It is currently being investigated for the treatment of various cancers and central nervous system (CNS) diseases, where mitochondrial dysfunction or metabolic reprogramming plays a critical role in pathogenesis.
