Overview

**Pneuminvac** is Beijing Minhai Biological's 13-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine, designated PCV13-DT/TT. It contains capsular polysaccharide antigens from 13 *Streptococcus pneumoniae* serotypes conjugated to tetanus toxoid and diphtheria toxoid carrier proteins, inducing serotype-specific adaptive immune responses for prevention of pneumococcal disease. The product is approved in China as a Minhai-developed 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, and Pneuminvac is being evaluated in a Phase 3 infant study in Indonesia against Pfizer's PCV13 comparator.
