Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PNK-007 + aldesleukin is an investigational combination immunotherapy consisting of allogeneic, off-the-shelf natural killer (NK) cells and a recombinant cytokine. **PNK-007** (also known as **CYNK-001**) is a cell therapy product enriched for CD56+/CD3- NK cells that are expanded from human placental CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells. These NK cells exhibit direct cytotoxicity against various hematologic malignancies, including multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia. **Aldesleukin** (recombinant human interleukin-2) is co-administered subcutaneously to facilitate the expansion, persistence, and activation of the infused NK cells in vivo. The combination is primarily evaluated in the post-autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) setting or following lymphodepleting chemotherapy to enhance immune reconstitution and target residual cancer cells through NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
