pnt-ASIT+

**pnt-ASIT+** is a preclinical immunotherapy candidate developed by ASIT biotech using the proprietary **ASIT+ platform**, which consists of highly purified natural allergen fragments (1-10 kDa) from peanuts designed to minimize IgE bridging and reduce side effects compared to traditional allergy immunotherapy. It targets **peanut allergy**, a food allergy with no registered drugs available, by inducing regulatory T and B cells, blocking antibodies (IgG4), and suppressing allergen-induced basophil activation for long-term symptom reduction via a short-course regimen. The platform enables faster treatment schedules with fewer visits, addressing unmet needs in compliance and efficacy; preclinical package was expected ready by Q4 2019.[1][9]
