PnuBioVax is a novel, next-generation pneumococcal vaccine developed to provide broad protection against *Streptococcus pneumoniae*. Unlike traditional polysaccharide or conjugate vaccines, PnuBioVax uses a multi-protein design targeting key antigens that are broadly conserved across *S. pneumoniae* strains, including pneumolysin and Pneumococcal surface antigen A (PsaA). The vaccine aims to induce robust antibody responses capable of neutralizing pneumolysin and other virulence factors, potentially reducing both disease incidence and asymptomatic carriage.
