Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PNV-21 is a novel personalized neoantigen vaccine composed of up to 20 neoantigen peptides, identified from whole-exome and RNA sequencing of each patient's tumor. It is being investigated for the treatment of PD-1 inhibitor-refractory metastatic melanoma. The vaccine is administered intramuscularly in combination with intravenous nivolumab and the adjuvant Poly-ICLC. It aims to induce anti-tumor immune activation by targeting cancer-specific neoantigens.
