ViPOR-P is an experimental combination chemoimmunotherapy regimen being evaluated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphomas. The regimen consists of six agents: polatuzumab vedotin (an anti-CD79b antibody-drug conjugate), venetoclax (a BCL-2 inhibitor), ibrutinib (a BTK inhibitor), prednisone (a corticosteroid), obinutuzumab (an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody), and lenalidomide (an immunomodulatory imide drug). This multi-targeted approach is designed to simultaneously inhibit multiple survival pathways in malignant B cells, potentially overcoming resistance to standard therapies. The regimen is currently being investigated in a Phase 1 clinical trial sponsored by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) to determine its safety and efficacy in patients with aggressive and indolent B-cell lymphomas.
