Polymerized grass pollen allergenic extract is a subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy (SCIT) product developed by Inmunotek. The active ingredient consists of polymerized allergenic extracts derived from grass pollen species (primarily *Phleum pratense* and *Dactylis glomerata*), which are chemically modified (polymerized) using glutaraldehyde to reduce IgE-mediated allergenicity while retaining immunogenicity. This modification allows for a safer and more rapid up-dosing schedule. The drug is indicated for the treatment of grass pollen allergy, allergic rhinitis, allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, and allergic asthma in sensitized patients.
