Overview

PolyMVA is a proprietary dietary supplement and metabolic modulator composed of a liquid complex of alpha-lipoic acid covalently bound to palladium (LAPd), combined with B-vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin), minerals, and amino acids. Developed by Dr. Merrill Garnett, the formulation is designed to enhance cellular energy production by facilitating electron transfer within the mitochondrial electron transport chain. The palladium complex acts as a redox-active catalyst, potentially improving the bioavailability and efficacy of lipoic acid in neutralizing reactive oxygen species and supporting aerobic metabolism. It has been investigated in clinical trials for its ability to mitigate fatigue and improve quality of life in patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and various malignancies, including glioblastoma multiforme (astrocytoma).
