Overview

**PolyPEPI** is Treos Bio's investigational off-the-shelf peptide-based active cancer immunotherapy program for melanoma. Treos Bio has stated that preclinical development was completed for a PolyPEPI immunotherapy in melanoma. The broader PolyPEPI platform uses shared tumor-antigen-derived peptides selected with HLA-informed computational methods to induce tumor-specific CD4-positive and CD8-positive T-cell responses in genetically defined patient populations.
