Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PolyPEPI (Breast Cancer) is an investigational off-the-shelf peptide-based immunotherapy developed by Treos Bio for the treatment of breast cancer. The therapy is designed using Treos Bio's proprietary PASPORT computational platform, which identifies shared tumor-specific antigens (peptides) that are predicted to be immunogenic across a broad range of HLA types in the patient population. By delivering a selection of these synthetic peptides, the immunotherapy aims to stimulate a robust, multi-antigen-specific T-cell response to target and eliminate breast cancer cells. This "off-the-shelf" approach is intended to provide the efficacy of personalized immunotherapy without the logistical complexities of patient-specific manufacturing.
