**PolyPEPI-SCoV-2** is a synthetic peptide-based vaccine candidate designed to induce broad, long-lasting T cell immunity against SARS-CoV-2 by targeting all four major structural proteins (Spike/S, Nucleocapsid/N, Membrane/M, and Envelope/E) of the virus. It consists of nine 30-mer peptides, each containing both CD8+ and CD4+ T cell epitopes selected via proprietary PepTC technology to ensure high population coverage (estimated 98% across ethnicities) independent of HLA genotype, mimicking natural T cell responses in COVID-19 convalescents. Developed by PepTC Vaccines (a subsidiary of Treos Bio), it elicits robust Th1-biased CD8+ and CD4+ T cell responses without significant humoral antibody production, demonstrating preclinical safety in mice and hamsters, reduced lung pathology and weight loss in SARS-CoV-2 challenged hamsters (both prophylactic and post-exposure), and no cross-reactivity with human proteins or common coronaviruses.[1][2][4][5]
