**Ponostop** is a topical fixed-dose analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment marketed by NI-THE for joint and muscular pain and inflammation. It combines diethylamine salicylate, a topical salicylate analgesic with anti-inflammatory activity; capsaicin, which activates and subsequently desensitizes TRPV1-expressing nociceptive sensory neurons; and camphor, a topical counterirritant that produces a cooling sensation.
