Overview

Poria acid (PAC) is a triterpene compound derived from Poria cocos, a traditional Chinese medicine. It is being investigated for its therapeutic effects in renal cell carcinoma (RCC), where it has been shown to inhibit the growth and metastasis of RCC cells by targeting and inhibiting the PI3K/Akt/NF-κB signaling pathway.
