Overview

Poseltinib is an experimental small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), developed for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. By irreversibly and covalently inhibiting BTK, poseltinib blocks B-cell receptor signaling pathways, thereby suppressing B-cell activation and downstream inflammatory responses. It was originally developed by Hanmi Pharmaceutical and later licensed to Eli Lilly for further development. Clinical trials have focused on rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, Sjögren's syndrome, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma, and relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma[2][3][4][9].
