Drug intelligence / Profile preview
POSIFORLID is a comprehensive product portfolio developed by Ursapharm for the treatment and management of eyelid inflammation (blepharitis) and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). The line includes POSIFORLID COMOD eye drops, which contain salicylic acid as an anti-inflammatory active ingredient for the treatment of blepharitis and conjunctivitis. Other components of the system include a self-heating eye mask (a medical device) designed to soften crusts and improve the flow of meibum at a constant temperature of approximately 45°C, an eye spray containing euphrasia and hyaluronic acid for supportive care, and eyelid hygiene wipes for gentle cleansing. The products are designed to work together as a coordinated 'concept for healthy eyelids' and are administered topically to the ocular area.
