Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Potenfill is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler specifically developed for male urological applications, primarily for temporary penile girth enhancement. Developed by the South Korean company BioPlus, it is designed as a minimally invasive alternative to surgical penile augmentation. The product consists of a high-viscosity hyaluronic acid gel that provides immediate structural volume upon injection into the subcutaneous layer of the penile shaft. The cross-linking technology employed in Potenfill is intended to enhance the longevity of the filler by increasing its resistance to enzymatic degradation by hyaluronidase, thereby maintaining the enhancement effect for an extended period compared to non-cross-linked formulations.
