Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Power-TIL is a platform of genetically modified tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapies developed by Suzhou Lanma Medical Technology (Lanma Bio) for the treatment of solid tumors. Unlike conventional TIL therapies, the Power-TIL platform utilizes genetic engineering to enhance the anti-tumor activity, persistence, and expansion of T cells within the patient. By modifying the TILs, the developer aims to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment that often limits the efficacy of non-modified cell therapies. The lead candidate in this series, LM303, is currently in the IND-enabling and Investigator-Initiated Trial (IIT) stages for various solid tumor indications. The specific genetic modifications, such as the addition of cytokines or the knockout of inhibitory receptors, have not been publicly disclosed in detail.
