Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Power-TIL LM303 is a genetically modified tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy being developed by Suzhou Lanma Medical Technology Co. Ltd. for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and uterine cervical cancer. Unlike conventional TIL therapies, LM303 is genetically engineered to enhance anti-tumor activity and overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, although the specific genetic modifications have not been publicly disclosed. It is currently being evaluated in exploratory clinical studies to assess its safety, efficacy, and immunoreactivity in patients with refractory solid tumors.
