Overview

PoZibio is a patented postbiotic dietary supplement ingredient derived from heat-inactivated (pasteurized) Lactobacillus paracasei D3.5, a lactic acid bacteria species native to the human gut and commonly found in fermented foods. Developed from research at Wake Forest University College of Medicine, it is designed to support gut health by increasing the mucous layer of the gut wall, inhibiting age-related inflammation (inflammaging), and promoting a balanced microbiome. Its mechanism centers on delivering lipoteichoic acid isolated from the cell walls of heat-treated L. paracasei D3.5, which modulates immune responses and supports digestive wellness, cognitive function via the gut-brain axis, nutrient absorption, mood regulation, mitochondrial function, and overall immunity. The product is shelf-stable (heat-stable), free from gluten/dairy/GMOs, suitable for various dosage forms (capsules/tablets/gummies/liquids), and primarily targets conditions like leaky gut syndrome and age-related digestive decline[1][3][5][6][8][9][10].
