**PPP005** is an investigational oral encapsulated cannabis-oil product developed by Tetra Bio-Pharma. It contains a fixed 1:1 combination of cannabidiol and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol; the reported capsule formulation contains 10 mg of each cannabinoid. PPP005 was evaluated for chronic pain and for cancer pain as an adjunct to palliative radiotherapy. Its analgesic pharmacology is primarily attributed to delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol activity at cannabinoid receptors, while cannabidiol contributes broader, pleiotropic cannabinoid-system pharmacology.
