Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PRAME (A*02) T Cell Engager is a bispecific antibody in development by Myrio Therapeutics for the treatment of PRAME-positive solid tumors, including ovarian cancer and melanoma. The therapeutic is designed to recognize the PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) peptide presented by the HLA-A*02 major histocompatibility complex on the surface of malignant cells. By simultaneously binding to the CD3 component of the T-cell receptor complex, the drug facilitates the recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T cells, leading to the targeted destruction of tumor cells. It is currently in the discovery stage of development.
