Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PRAME CAR-T is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by MyriO Tx (also known as Myrio Therapeutics). The therapy is designed to target the Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma (PRAME), a cancer-testis antigen that is highly expressed in various pediatric and adult malignancies, including neuroblastoma, while maintaining restricted expression in normal tissues. By engineering T cells to express a CAR specific for PRAME, the treatment aims to selectively identify and eliminate PRAME-positive tumor cells. It is currently in the discovery phase for the treatment of neuroblastoma and other pediatric cancers.
