MyriO Tx's PRAME T-cell engager is a preclinical bispecific antibody therapy designed to treat solid tumors, specifically ovarian cancer and melanoma. Developed using the proprietary ReD platform, the drug targets the cancer-testis antigen PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) when presented as peptide-HLA (pHLA) complexes on the surface of tumor cells. By binding both PRAME and T cells (typically via CD3), the engager facilitates the recruitment and activation of T cells to selectively eliminate PRAME-expressing malignant cells. This approach allows for the targeting of intracellular antigens that are typically inaccessible to standard antibody therapies.
