Precision Cell Immunotherapy is an autologous, multi-component cell-based treatment developed by Ningbo Cancer Hospital for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The therapeutic regimen integrates three distinct cell types: dendritic cells (DCs), which serve as professional antigen-presenting cells to prime the patient's immune system; Precision Multiple Antigen-Targeted (PMAT) T cells; and Precision Natural Killer/T (PNAT) cells. PMAT and PNAT cells are ex-vivo expanded and activated effector cells designed to recognize and eliminate malignant cells expressing a broad spectrum of tumor-associated antigens. In clinical practice, this "Precision Cell" cocktail is typically administered in combination with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), where TACE provides local tumor debulking and antigen release, while the immunotherapy provides a systemic, targeted immune response to control residual disease and prevent recurrence.
