Overview

Precision Multiple Antigen T Cell is a type of immunotherapy that utilizes T cells engineered to target multiple common tumor-associated antigens. This cell therapy is designed to enhance the immune system's ability to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. It is often investigated in conjunction with dendritic cells, forming what is referred to as dendritic cell-precision multiple antigen T cells (DC-PMAT). The therapy aims to improve treatment outcomes in various advanced cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma and gastric cancer with liver metastasis, by specifically targeting tumor cells. Clinical trials are evaluating its safety and efficacy, often in combination with other treatments like transcatheter arterial chemoembolization or as an adjuvant therapy after radical surgery.
