Overview

A combination therapy consisting of pregabalin and dexamethasone used primarily for postoperative pain management. Pregabalin is a synthetic analog of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) with analgesic, anticonvulsant, and anxiolytic effects, while dexamethasone is a glucocorticoid with strong anti-inflammatory, antiemetic, and analgesic properties. The combination has shown superior efficacy in reducing postoperative pain, decreasing analgesic consumption, and improving functional outcomes compared to either agent alone in some surgical settings.
